Winter Fat Bike & Mountain Bike Trails
8 MILES • 629 FOOT CLIMB / DESCENT
- Trailhead: N5854 Kettle Moraine Drive, Glenbeulah.
- WI DNR trail pass required for users age 16+.
- Bikes not allowed on hiking/ski trails.
- Dogs must be leashed.
- Intermediate trails with moderately rocky terrain.
- Trails are machine groomed for fat biking when snow is present.
The Greenbush recreation area has four loops (9 miles total) of mountain bike trails interwoven with five loops of hiking trails. Trails are user-specific for safety - no biking is allowed on hiking trails.
Mountain biking trails at Greenbush are machine-groomed by SCC for winter fatbike riding, and hiking trails are groomed for skiing. No biking, hiking, snowshoeing or pets are allowed on ski trails. Near the trailhead are a heated shelter, picnic tables, grill, drinking water and toilets.
