Rocky Knoll Flow Trails Development Project
Sheboygan County Cycling recently completed an exciting project to fund and build new mountain bike flow trails in the wooded, 60-acre Rocky Knoll Trail System just north of Plymouth, Wisconsin.
Thank you to our generous supporters! We exceeded our goal, and trail building was completed in late 2025 with a second phase included.

New Rocky Knoll Mountain Bike Flow Trails
- Rocky Knoll is conveniently located in Sheboygan County off State Highway 67, across from Road America, between Plymouth and Elkhart Lake, with easy access to restaurants, microbreweries and hotels.
- No trail pass is required. Ample trailhead parking is available.
- New flow trails were professionally built by Dynamic Trailworx. Trails are multi-use, optimized for mountain biking.
- Greater than 100 foot descent on each new trail.
- Beginner (green), Intermediate (blue) and Advanced (black) trails are included.
- Group rides led by SCC members are scheduled throughout the Spring-Fall riding season. Follow us on Facebook for updates!
Professionally built mountain bike flow trails feature rolling terrain with banked turns, various types of jumps, and consistent surfaces. SCC contracted Dynamic Trailworx for the design and construction of the new Rocky Knoll flow trails, which were completed in late Fall 2025.
