About Sheboygan County Cycling
Sheboygan County Cycling was formed in February of 2022 by a group of motivated individuals who wanted to see cycling opportunities improve in the community. Our primary goal is to promote all forms of cycling within Sheboygan County.
These SCC initiatives have been integral to improving cycling within Sheboygan County:
- Coordinating volunteers for trail maintenance:
- Evergreen Park in Sheboygan
- Rocky Knoll in Plymouth
- Greenbush in Glenbeulah
- Coordinating trail grooming operations in the Northern Kettle Morane Forest
- Working with landowners to plan future trail improvements in Sheboygan County
- Engaging youth through bike playgrounds and cycling events
Our Mission
Sheboygan County Cycling (SCC) is a 501(c)(3) Not-For-Profit Organization whose mission is to promote all forms of cycling, for all people who live, work, and play in Sheboygan County.

Sheboygan County Cycling History
2022
- SCC was founded by cycling enthusiasts as a non-profit.
- Volunteer trail work began at Evergreen & Quarry Parks in Sheboygan.
- SCC hosted the first annual Sheboygan County Classic WCA Cyclocross Race.
2023
- SCC adopted the Rocky Knoll Trail System & began trail care days & improvements.
- SCC hosted the first annual Sheboygan County Bike Festival with group rides, kids bike playgrounds & family fun.
- IMBA planning for Evergreen Park is fully funded (to be completed in 2024).
- SCC & WI DNR partnered to start grooming Greenbush trails for winter fatbike riding.
2024
- SCC rebranded & launched a new website.
- Funding campaign for flow trail construction at Rocky Knoll began July 2024 with construction to begin Fall 2024 or Spring 2025.
- Funding campaign for Evergreen Park trail improvements to begin Summer 2024.
